Returns & Damages

1. BROKEN OR DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL We have a "Perfect Arrival Guarantee." If your mirror arrives broken, we will replace it for free. However, you must follow this strict protocol:

  • Inspection Window: You must inspect your item within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Reporting: If the item is damaged, email us immediately at [INSERT YOUR EMAIL] with:

    1. Photos of the broken mirror.

    2. Photos of the outer box/packaging.

    3. Your order number.

  • Resolution: We will send a replacement immediately free of charge.

  • IMPORTANT: We cannot accept claims for breakage reported more than 48 hours after delivery. Once this window passes, we cannot claim insurance from the courier, and the responsibility for the item's condition transfers to you. Please open your box immediately.

2. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS If you simply decide the item does not suit your room, you may return it within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unmounted, and in its original packaging with all protective foam intact.

  • Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Please Note: Shipping heavy glass items back to our warehouse can be expensive (£20-£50+). We recommend measuring your space carefully before purchasing to avoid this cost.

  • Refund: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Items that have been installed or mounted on a wall.

  • Items without original packaging.
